1 General Terms

jitaice ("we", "our", "platform") is an online entertainment gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member", "you") and jitaice.

These terms apply to website use, account creation, deposits and withdrawals, accepting bonuses, and any gaming activity. It is your responsibility to review this document regularly.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party.

Transferring, selling, or renting out an account is strictly prohibited. If the same individual opens more than one account, both accounts will be cancelled and all balances may be confiscated.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the funds may not be refunded.
• There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, however identity verification may be required for large deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be made to your verified mobile banking account.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• jitaice reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Currency and Transactions

All transactions on jitaice are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Additional charges may apply for transactions made through third-party payment processors — jitaice is not responsible for these.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jitaice offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. All bonuses have their own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offers page.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → receive ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account only and can be claimed once.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• jitaice reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

A variety of games are available on the jitaice platform, including online slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other sports betting. Each game has its own rules.

General Gaming Terms

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost during gaming, any bet already placed will remain valid.
• Payouts may be cancelled due to a game error or technical issue.
• If a technical error is found in a game result or payout, jitaice reserves the right to void the round in question.

Sports Betting

For sports betting, if a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules set by jitaice. Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and other sports.

Unfair Advantage

If any user attempts to exploit a system error, use automated bots, or gain an advantage through any other improper means, their account will be immediately cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitaice platform:

1. Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
2. Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
3. Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
4. Abusing bonuses or circumventing promotional terms.
5. Attempting to carry out cyber attacks, hacking, or introducing malware into the system.
6. Playing games using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence.
7. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
8. Misconduct toward or threatening jitaice staff.
9. Operating or allowing an account to be operated on behalf of a minor.
10. Betting using a third party's funds.

Account Closure at the User's Own Request
